PawNest (the Store) is operated by Exodus Partners Limited LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 420 SW 7th St, Ste 1015, Miami, FL 33130, USA (we, us, our). By visiting or buying from the Store you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You agree to use the Store only for lawful purposes.

2. Products and Pricing

We try to show products, colors and prices accurately. We may correct errors, change prices, limit quantities or discontinue products at any time. All taxes and shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

3. Orders and Payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, including for suspected fraud, unavailability or pricing errors. If we cancel a paid order you will receive a full refund. Payment is due when you order.

4. Shipping and Returns

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy, both of which are part of these Terms.

5. Pet Safety

Use pet products under supervision, choose the right size for your pet, inspect items regularly and stop using any damaged item. Products are not a substitute for veterinary advice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Store, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Store and products are provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Wyoming unless the law requires otherwise.
