1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email when you order and a shipping email with tracking once your order ships.

2. Delivery Times

United States: 7 to 14 business days. Canada, United Kingdom, Europe and Australia: 10 to 21 business days. Rest of the world: 14 to 30 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order.

4. Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates can take 2 to 5 days to appear.

5. Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or fees set by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address you provided. Contact us quickly if you spot a mistake.

7. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Orders

If your order is lost, very late or damaged, email us within 30 days of shipping with your order number and photos, and we will resend it or refund you.
