Refund and Return Policy

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. After 14 days we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility

Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition and packaging. You need your order number or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of used, chewed or washed items, edible products, personalized items and gift cards.

4. How to Start a Return

Email exoduspartnerslimited@outlook.de with your order number and the reason for the return. We reply within 2 business days with instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
